CFO SIM, a company specialised in high value-added services for businesses, Corporate Finance and Corporate Solution, and which carries out independent studies on companies listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, has recently published an update of the Equity Research on DIGITAL360. Compared with the previous one carried out in April 2020, the study raises the target price of the share from 1.20 euro to 1.70 euro, which in relation to the current share performance translates into a potential upside of around 60%.

This assessment takes into consideration a scenario which forecasts revenues of 23.8 million in 2020 (against the 25.2 recorded in the last financial statements closed on 31/12/2019), to then reach 35.4 million in 2022, and a growing Ebitda that from 2.5 million in 2019 is estimated to reach 3.1 million in 2020 (with a growth of 25%) and 5.4 million in 2022.

According to CFO SIM, growth in the period is also generated by the opportunities created as a result of the spread of the Covid-19 virus, which has prompted many businesses and public administrations to speed up the process towards digital transformation, creating a competitive advantage for DIGITAL360, which it will also benefit from in the future. The great traffic increase on its websites achieved in recent months, the growth of webinars offered, of streaming events, communication campaigns, digital marketing and lead generation, of remote legal consultancy services on audits, compliance and IT security, of qualification services for smart working, together with the increased work productivity and the scalable DIGITAL360 model, influence the company's margins.

The assessment was based both on the DCF method and on the market multiples model, resulting in a total company value of € 27.5 million.
