Umberto Bertelé

Umberto Bertelé was born in Verona on 22 September 1944, he is Emeritus Professor in Strategy and President of the Digital Innovation Observatories at Politecnico di Milano, where he graduated in 1967, and he was a co-founder of the degree in Management Engineering.
Umberto Bertelé was President of MIP, the Business School of Politecnico di Milano from 2004 to 2011. He was President of TAV-Treno Alta Velocità for nine years, from 1998 to 2007, and on the Board of companies in industry, transport, banking & finance and ICT, including the Italian Stock Market, ATM-Azienda Trasporti Milanesi, Winterthur Assicurazioni and BravoSolution. He was on the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Italian Treasury Department and was interim city administrator for Milan appointed by the Prefect during Expo 2015. He was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Digital360 in 2015.

Andrea Rangone

Andrea Rangone was born in Novara on 17 April 1968 and is Full Professor in Strategy & Management and in Digital Business at Politecnico di Milano (currently on leave). He has been Director of numerous Master’s and Executive courses at MIP, the Business School of Politecnico di Milano, and the Coordinator of the Digital Innovation Observatories of the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano, which he co-founded in 2000. He is the author of numerous works published in Italy and internationally in the areas of strategy, strategic ICT management and digital business. He has founded and financed several digital start-ups. Andrea Rangone is co-founder and CEO of Digital360

Giovanni Crostarosa Guicciardi

Giovanni Crostarosa Guicciardi was born in Rome on 5 May 1965, he is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor, starting his career at Akros, in the M&A team and then in Private Equity. He was a founding member of Crostarosa Guicciardi Villa, a firm specializing in evaluations and forensic accounting. He provides consultancy services for institutional investors, banks, service and industrial companies in Italy and abroad. He is on many Boards of Directors and Boards of Auditors (including those of financial, industrial and asset management companies).

Gabriele Faggioli

Gabriele Faggioli was born in Milan on 9 July 1970, he is a lawyer and Adjunct Professor at MIP Politecnico di Milano. He is President of Clusit (the Italian Association for IT Security), a member of the European Commission’s Expert Group on Cloud Computing Contracts). He is a Senior Advisor at the Digital Innovation Observatories of Politecnico di Milano and is an expert in ICT legal compliance and ICT contracts. He is CEO at P4i and is responsible for practice negotiation, contracts and risk.

Carlo Mochi Sismondi

Carlo Mochi Sismondi was born in Rome on 14 September 1952, has a degree in Philosophy and is the creator of Forum PA, which he has been heading up since 1989 first as managing director and currently as President. He has worked alongside 18 Governments and in 15 Ministries for Civil Service Reform, maintaining a substantial impartiality while contributing to all innovative actions. He has taught and teaches in universities, at National Administration Schools for both central and local public administration, at Formez and in several private and public institutions. He writes articles, editorials and commentaries on cutting-edge topics such as open innovation, social digital innovation and open government published in national newspapers and journals specializing in communication and innovation in the public sector.



Carlo Pagliughi

Carlo Pagliughi was born in Milan on 1 September 1973, graduating in Economics and Business at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan on 10 October 1997. A member of the Association of Certified Accountants since 2001 and of the Register of Auditors since 2002, he graduated in Law at the University of Milan on 20 March 2002, and he has been enrolled on the Register of Lawyers since 2006. He offers his services as a Court or party appointed expert witness in civil or criminal legal proceedings, and in arbitration disputes. He acts as auditor in leading banking and insurance companies.


Vincenzo Maria Marzuillo

Vincenzo Maria Marzuillo was born in Naples on 26 March 1969, graduating in Business Administration at the University Bocconi of Milan in 1994. He has been a member of the Association of Certified Accountants since 1995 and of the Register of Auditors since 1998. He offers tax and corporate consultancy services to companies operating in various manufacturing and commercial sectors. He is a member of several Boards of Auditors and Boards of Directors, and supervisory bodies and is a receiver and independent court expert.


Marco Giuseppe Zanobio

Marco Giuseppe Zanobio was born in Milan on 20 March 1964. After graduating in Economics and Business at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milan in 1987, he gained his research doctorate in Institutions and Organizations at the same university in 2004. He has been a member of the Association of Certified Accountants since 1993 and of the Register of Auditors since 1995. He is specialized in the sector of financial intermediaries, and has held operational roles on the corporate bodies of asset management organizations operating in ordinary and property investment funds. Currently, he acts in a professional capacity in Milan, providing assistance in corporate and tax matters.
