Carlo Mochi Sismondi was born in Rome on September 14th, 1952, he has a degree in Philosophy and he is the creator of Forum PA, which he has been heading up since 1989 first as managing director and currently as President. He has worked alongside 18 Governments and in 15 Ministries for Civil Service Reform, maintaining a substantial impartiality while contributing to all innovative actions. He has taught and teaches in universities, at National Administration Schools for both central and local public administration, at Formez and in several private and public institutions. He writes articles, editorials and commentaries on cutting-edge topics such as open innovation, social digital innovation and open government published in national newspapers and journals specializing in communication and innovation in the public sector.
