51% of Xona acquired, internationalisation plan kicks off. Two new executives: Battiferri and Greco

The first month of the new year has come to an end, with some important news that concretise the start of this new phase of the Group strongly projected towards an important organic growth and by acquisitions, both in Italy and abroad.

First of all, our first acquisition abroad: Xona a beautiful marketing agency based in Buenos Aires, with a specific focus on the tech market, led by Fabricio Riccitelli, a dynamic entrepreneur with twenty years of experience and a culture very similar to ours. With the acquisition of Xona, we start our ambitious process of international expansion in a market, the Latam one, with huge potential for the Group’s services and with many similar characteristics to the Italian one.

Then the arrival at DIGITAL360 of two high-profile executives, who strengthen the management team well:

  • Enzo Greco, who became General Manager of the Group. Enzo has gained extensive experience as General Manager and Chief Information Officer in major companies such as: Esselunga, Prada, Bennet, BCC. Thanks to his important managerial and complexity management skills and his profound expertise in digital transformation, Enzo will have the task of ensuring an increasingly effective and efficient organisation of DIGITAL360 as well as a better integration between all companies;
  • Simone Battiferri, who becomes Head of Latam. Simone boasts a long international experience, with a particular focus on the South American area and a strong specialisation in digital innovation and M&A, having held several senior positions in the Telco and ICT world, including Chief Operating Officer of Telecom Argentina and Head of International Business Development of Telecom Italia. Simone will have the task of leading the process, started with the acquisition of Xona, of expansion in the Latam area.
