I am pleased to share with you the realisation of another important component of DIGITAL360’s strategy: the entry into the Spanish market! As you may have already read from our last Press Releases in the first part of 2022 we have:
- established the company DIGITAL360 Iberia S.L. in Spain;
- began working with Tommaso Prennuschi and Massimo D’Angelo, respectively CEO and Managing Director of the Spanish company, two ‘Italo-Spanish’ entrepreneurs (itañoli ) with a passion for and long experience in the world of digital content and technological innovation;
- acquired Business Publications Spain (BPS), a company specialising in the production of content on digital innovation that owns a number of online portals of reference in Spain for managers, entrepreneurs and professionals dealing with digital transformation, bringing on board three fantastic co-entrepreneurs Tita López, Ruth González and Ambrosio Rodríguez.
We think that the innovative model developed in recent years in the Italian market, strongly based on content, technology and data assets, can also be successfully replicated in the Spanish digital market, which is similar to the Italian one in many respects, and is also growing fast due to the significant financial resources coming in with the local recovery and resilience plan (defined PNRR).
