Giovanni Crostarosa Guicciardi was born in Rome on May 5th, 1965, he is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor. He started his career at Akros, in the M&A team and then in Private Equity. He was a founding partner of Crostarosa Guicciardi Villa, a firm specialised in valuation and forensic accounting. He provides consultancy services for institutional investors, banks, service and industrial companies in Italy and abroad. He is a member of numerous Boards of Directors and Board of Auditors (including those of financial, industrial and asset management companies).
