Executive summary

The rebranding of VUS COM marks a new era for the company. From a gas and electricity supplier to an integrated energy brand, VUS COM chose to transform its visual and digital identity to tell the story of a new energy: the energy that moves people's lives and connects the territory.

The path, developed in partnership with Digital360 Connect, involved a comprehensive strategic and creative assessment: from the new logo and payoff, to corporate image, to coordinated materials, to the new website and multichannel communication. The goal: to make tangible the promise of 'energy near' - modern, accessible and human.

Our approach

The evolution was built on three strategic pillars:

1. Graphic rebranding and corporate identity
A new dynamic logo, a vibrant color palette, and a visual system inspired by the movement of energy. The concept 'Energy that moves life' drives the entire visual ecosystem, from offline materials (tickets, letterhead, merchandising) to the brand book and digital touchpoints, including a proprietary chatbot ('Vichy Bot') for direct dialogue with citizens.

2. Digital renewal.
The new website, designed to combine design, usability and performance, reflects the new identity and facilitates customer relations. Analysis of B2C and B2B purchase paths guided the information architecture, improving the use of electricity and gas services. → Results: +1,400 contacts in one year and +30% usage of the customer area.

3. Multichannel communication and brand engagement
The new brand launch campaign - culminating in an event at the Palazzetto in Perugia with over 3,000 people - combined physical presence and digital visibility. The new social and ADV strategy increased brand coverage by +56%, reinforcing the perception of an innovative company rooted in the territory.
