Our commitment as a Benefit Society

Since June 1, 2021, we have become a Benefit Corporation.

This choice was a natural evolution and a recognition of what we have been doing since our foundation in 2012: promoting digital transformation in all its forms, as a driver of sustainable and inclusive growth for the economy and society.

Digital innovation is the most powerful lever for:

  • Accelerate economic growth and increase productivity and competitiveness of any organization, public or private, contributing to GDP and employment growth;
  • Realize sustainable development, allowing to reduce waste, resource consumption, pollution, and thus protect the overall natural ecosystem;
  • Reduce inequality and fragility of any kind-social, cultural, ethnic, physical, mental-by creating concrete opportunities for all to enter the world of work.

As a Group we contribute to this mission every day through all our activities.

With our online portals we help spread digital culture at all levels-entrepreneurs, managers, politicians, public officials, journalists, policy makers.

Through our communication services, we help digital solution providers reach businesses and public administrations more effectively, helping to overcome the gap in market knowledge and perception of technologies, which is one of the main causes of a country's lagging digital transformation.

Through our advisory & coaching services we work alongside enterprises and public administrations to support them concretely in the digitization process, with the aim of improving their productivity, competitiveness, sustainability and inclusiveness.
