The Road to Sustainability

We have initiated a process to integrate sustainability into our business model and operations, with the goal of significantly improving our social and environmental impact and, through this commitment, strengthening our competitiveness.

The journey unfolds along three main directions

Progress since 2021 toward adopting the Benefit Corporation framework

Launch of a consultancy dedicated exclusively to corporate sustainability topics

Development of a Sustainability Strategy and Strategic Plan fully integrated with the overall corporate strategy

Sustainability Report

We published our first Sustainability Report at the end of the 2021 fiscal year, identifying key material topics to guide our ongoing improvements. The report provides a comprehensive overview of the initiatives implemented, including:

  •  Benefit Corporation status
  • Group Code of Ethics, Organizational and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, and Whistleblowing procedures
  • GDPR compliance and appointment of a Data Protection Officer (DPO)
  • Gender equality policy

We continue to introduce new initiatives focused on the issues that matter most to DIGITAL360 and its stakeholders.
