Alessandro Albano

Born in Turin in 1988, Alessandro Albano completed his university studies in Economics and Business Management at the University of Turin. He began his professional path in senior management roles within companies active in engineering, infrastructure and services, where he was responsible for driving international growth and developing new markets. During this phase, he also had the opportunity to engage with public institutions and participate in political decision-making processes, an experience that has continued to influence his approach to governance and his relations with institutions.

Throughout his career, he has developed a distinctive professional identity, combining his roles on boards of directors with consultancy work in the private equity sector and direct involvement in complex, highly regulated and capital-intensive organisations. Central to his approach is the belief that sustainable growth depends on the synergy between capital, strategy and institutions. This philosophy underlies his commitment to helping businesses expand internationally, creating value through an approach that combines financial expertise with sound governance. As a consultant, Alessandro Albano has collaborated closely with private equity firms and infrastructure funds, supporting them in areas such as deal origination, due diligence, public affairs and strategic planning. This work has been especially significant in sectors where regulation, ongoing dialogue with institutions and long-term concession agreements are key factors. His background includes senior advisory positions with major global firms and investment platforms, in addition to executive roles within professional and international consultancy services.

He currently holds the position of chairman and is a member of the boards of directors of companies operating in the infrastructure, telecommunications, renewable energy and industrial platforms sectors. He also serves as an operational partner and senior adviser to international investment funds. In such roles, he assists shareholders and management teams with strategic decision-making, governance models, M&A, stakeholder relations and value creation throughout the entire investment lifecycle. Alessandro Albano's board and executive experience extends across several organisations, among them Spencer Stuart, Consorzi Agrari d'Italia S.p.A. and Equiter S.p.A. He has held the role of Chairman at GreenYellow since December 2023, has served as Operating Partner at Three Hills since January 2024, and has been a board member at Digital360 since January 2026.
