SACE adopts Copilot and Viva to improve wellbeing, productivity and autonomy
Tech Adoption
- Extended adoption of Copilot and Viva
- Reduction of low-value activities
- Dissemination of a new work culture
Executive summary
In 2024, SACE embarked on a transformative journey of cultural and organizational change aimed at enhancing work quality, boosting productivity, and promoting individual well-being. The adoption of Microsoft technologies—particularly Copilot and the Viva Suite—served as the catalyst for this transformation, enabling more flexible, collaborative, and value-driven organizational models.
Central to this process is the Flex4Future initiative, which has redefined how employees engage with time, space, and work practices in alignment with the company's evolving vision. Copilot has reduced the burden of repetitive tasks, freeing up time for both professional growth and personal development. Meanwhile, Viva has facilitated continuous listening, behavioral insights, and active community engagement, fostering sustainable technology adoption and cultivating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Through the integration of Copilot and Viva, SACE has fostered an innovative, change-ready work culture that empowers employees' autonomy and amplifies their contributions. This has delivered tangible benefits in efficiency, employee motivation, and the quality of service provided to customers.
Our approach
We partnered with SACE on the Flex4Future project, providing strategic consulting to drive the effective adoption of new technologies.
Working closely with the internal team, we helped define the initiative's objectives, leveraging Viva Insights' analytical capabilities to identify key priorities for action.
This approach enabled us to address concrete challenges such as reducing low-value activities, optimizing time management, and enhancing employee well-being. In doing so, we created the foundation for widespread and informed adoption of artificial intelligence (M365 Copilot) and Microsoft Viva solutions throughout the organization.
The results
The introduction of Microsoft technologies has significantly reduced low-value activities, enhanced productivity, and fostered a new work culture grounded in autonomy, trust, and well-being.
- 91% of employees actively leveraging AI
- 49% reduction in time spent on email management each week
- 12% decrease in weekend work
"The Flex4Future project has reduced the burden of monotonous, low-value tasks, freeing up schedules for more meaningful work and giving employees greater time for personal pursuits."
