Il bilancio pubblicato la scorsa settimana evidenzia ottimi risultati da tutti i punti di vista, con importanti crescite del fatturato, + 31%, dell’EBITDA, + 38%, dell’EBIT reported ed adjusted, rispettivamente + 44% e 51%.* Se consideriamo i dati pro-forma (che incorporano per intero i risultati delle società acquisite nel corso dell’anno scorso), la crescita del fatturato e dell’EBITDA sfiora il 60%. Anche da un punto di vista finanziario la performance è stata molto buona, con un significativo miglioramento della Posizione Finanziaria Netta che passa da un debito netto di 1,4 milioni a un credito netto di 3,1 .
Si chiude quindi un buon anno. E questi primi mesi del nuovo anno confermano il trend positivo: a fianco infatti di una importante market traction, si stanno concretizzando diverse opportunità acquisitive sia in Italia che all’estero (Spagna e Latam) che potranno aumentare significativamente le dimensioni del Gruppo: una sfida non solo di crescita ma anche di complessità a cui ci siamo preparati bene, anche grazie all’ingresso di nuovi executive di lunga esperienza e grande competenza, che hanno fortemente rafforzato il team manageriale.
Chiudo questa breve nota, evidenziando che fino ad oggi la tristissima vicenda bellica che riguarda il popolo ucraino non ha avuto alcun impatto sulle nostre attività e sui nostri risultati!

IL CONSIGLIO DI AMMINISTRAZIONE DI DIGITAL360 S.P.A. APPROVA LA RELAZIONE FINANZIARIA ANNUALE CONSOLIDATA AL 31 DICEMBRE 2021

Bilancio Consolidato. Include i risultati delle nuove società acquisite pro rata temporis, dal momento dell’acquisizione:
- Ricavi pari a 34,4 milioni di euro in crescita del 31% sull’esercizio 2020;
- EBITDA pari a 6,9 milioni di euro, in crescita del 38% rispetto ai 5,0 milioni del 2020;
- EBIT ed EBIT Adjusted pari rispettivamente a 3,6 e 5,0 milioni di euro, rispetto ai 2,5 e 3,3 al 31 dicembre 2020;
- Utile netto e Utile netto Adjusted pari rispettivamente a 2,0 e 3,3 milioni di euro, contro 1,6 e 2,3 milioni al 31 dicembre 2020;
- Posizione Finanziaria Netta creditoria pari a 3,1 milioni di euro, in netto miglioramento rispetto a quella debitoria di -1,4 milioni di euro al 31 dicembre 2020.
Dati Proforma. Includono i risultati delle nuove società acquisite per tutti i 12 mesi del 2021:
- Ricavi pari a 41,4 milioni di euro, con una crescita del 57%;
- EBITDA pari a 8 milioni di euro, in crescita del 59%;
- EBIT e EBIT Adjusted pari rispettivamente a 4,4 e 5,8 milioni di euro, con un incremento del 76%;
- Utile netto e Utile netto Adjusted pari rispettivamente a 2,6 e 3,9 milioni di euro, contro 1,6 e 2,3 milioni al 31 dicembre 2020.

The financial statements published last week show excellent results from all points of view, with significant growth in turnover, + 31%, EBITDA, + 38%, and reported and adjusted EBIT, + 44% and 51% respectively. If we consider the pro-forma figures (which fully incorporate the results of the companies acquired last year), the growth in turnover and EBITDA is close to 60%. From a financial point of view, the performance was also very good, with a significant improvement in the Net Financial Position, which went from a net debt of 1.4 million to a net credit of 3.1 million.
A good year is therefore closed. And these first few months of the new year confirm the positive trend: in fact, alongside an important market traction, several acquisition opportunities are taking shape both in Italy and abroad (Spain and Latam) that could significantly increase the size of the Group: a challenge not only of growth but also of complexity for which we have prepared ourselves well, also thanks to the entry of new executives with long experience and great expertise, who have strongly strengthened the management team.
I would like to end this brief note by pointing out that, to date, the extremely sad wartime affair involving the People from Ukraine has had no impact on our activities and results!

DIGITAL360 BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVES CONSOLITATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND DRAFT FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AS AT 31 DECEMBER 2021

Consolidated Financial Statements. Includes the results of newly acquired companies pro rata temporis, from the time of acquisition:
- Revenues of €34.4 million, up 31% on FY2020;
- EBITDA of EUR 6.9 million, up 38% from EUR 5.0 million in 2020;
- EBIT and Adjusted EBIT of €3.6 million and €5.0 million, respectively, compared to €2.5 million and €3.3 million at 31 December 2020;
- Net Income and Adjusted Net Income of €2.0 million and €3.3 million, respectively, compared to €1.6 million and €2.3 million at 31 December 2020;
- Net financial position in credit of EUR 3.1 million, a clear improvement compared to the debt position of EUR -1.4 million as of 31 December 2020.
Pro-forma data. Include the results of newly acquired companies for the full 12 months of 2021:
- Revenues of Euro 41.4 million, up 57%;
- EBITDA of EUR 8 million, up 59%;
- EBIT and Adjusted EBIT of €4.4 million and €5.8 million respectively, up 76%;
- Net income and Adjusted net income of €2.6 million and €3.9 million, respectively, compared to €1.6 million and €2.3 million at 31 December 2020.
